XY is a medium-high fruity extra virgin olive oil, obtained from olives of the native “Picuda” variety. The olive trees from which these olives come are traditional olive trees located on the slopes of “La Tiñosa” and cared for with great care and dedication by two farmers registered in the Priego de Córdoba Protected Designation of Origin. It is a medium-high fruity green olive oil. Vegetables such as artichoke and tomato stand out. Diversity of fruit nuances such as evergreen banana, apple and almond. The entry into the mouth is sweet with bitterness and medium spiciness. It is a well structured and harmonious oil.
